Closes #15. Added tab movement commands: ctrl+J and ctrl+K.
User feedback could be useful to find out if these shortcuts are optimal. J and K letters are heavily used.
Also tweaked the help dialog a bit, added link to the Mozilla addon page and moved version number to the top of the dialog
