c-u is used for viewing source and c-f is a standard search hotkey.
c-f might be put back when proper Vim-like search with / is implemented

Closes #22. Scrolling with G will now reach the bottom of the page.
Achieved by scrolling 100k pixels. This happens when body isn't the scrollable element on the page.
This will probably be changed when it will be possible to switch the element to scroll.

Closes #23. Help will now show up while russian keyboard layout is on.
This is done as a hack, and should be addressed in a proper way later on.

Closes #25. Now uses window.scrollByPages(1) to scroll by page.

Closes #13 (hopefully). I wasn't able to reproduce this issue on my machine. But there was a bug in the toolbar button installation and handling code that is closed with this commit
